Privacy Policy for Pixel Forge

This Privacy Policy explains what information Pixel Forge (the "App") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App is provided by Illia Hroshev ("we", "us", "our"). If you have questions, contact us at donut.dev.inc@gmail.com.

By using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Summary

• Pixel Forge does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
• Your drawings are stored on your device. We do not upload them to our servers.
• We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used.
• The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Your projects (pixel art, project names, canvas sizes and timestamps) are saved locally on your device. We do not receive this data. If you delete the App or clear its data, your projects are permanently removed and we cannot recover them.

3. Information We Collect Automatically

We use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to collect usage and diagnostic information. This helps us understand which features are used and how to improve the App. The information may include:

• App usage events, for example: a new canvas was created (including the selected canvas size), the share screen was opened, an image was shared, an image was saved to your gallery (including whether it was a card or a plain image)
• Device and app information, such as device model, operating system and version, app version, language and screen settings
• Approximate location derived from your IP address (country or region level, not precise location)
• A randomly generated app instance identifier that lets Firebase distinguish installations. It is not linked to your name or contact details.
• Session information, such as first open, session start and session length

The content of your drawings is not sent to Firebase Analytics.

4. Permissions

• Photos / gallery (write access): used only when you choose "Save" to store an exported image in your photo library. The App does not read your existing photos.
• Internet access: used to send analytics data.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• operate, maintain and improve the App
• understand usage and fix problems
• comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App, namely Google (Firebase Analytics), and when required by law or to protect our rights. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only as needed to provide their services.

When you use the Share feature, the image you choose to share is passed to the app you select (for example a messenger or social network). That app's own privacy policy applies from that point.

7. Data Retention

Projects stay on your device until you delete them or the App. Analytics data is kept by Firebase for a limited period (by default up to 14 months) and then deleted or aggregated.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• You can stop all local data storage by deleting the App.
• Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not collect data that directly identifies you, we may need additional information from you to locate the data related to your device. • You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at donut.dev.inc@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

10. International Transfers

Google and other service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Your projects are stored in your device's app storage and are protected by your device's security.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
